At Minsterworth Nursery School we accept 9 month old, 2 year old, 3&4 year old funding (you will need to apply for a code before the deadline) and tax free childcare.
You can get up to £500 every 3 months (up to £2,000 a year) for each of your children to help with the costs of childcare. This goes up to £1,000 every 3 months if a child is disabled (up to £4,000 a year).
If you get Tax-Free Childcare, you’ll set up an online childcare account for your child. For every £8 you pay into this account, the government will pay in £2 to use to pay your provider.
You can get Tax-Free Childcare at the same time as 30 hours free childcare if you’re eligible for both.
Funded spaces are available Monday - Friday.

Funded hours
We apply a fee which covers non consumables and snacks.
Consumables:
8am – 6pm: £3 per session
8am – 1pm, 1pm – 6pm or 9am – 3pm: £1.50 per session
Non consumables per session:
8am – 6pm: £3.
8am – 1pm or 1pm – 6pm: £1.50
9am - 3pm: £2.
Breakfast for all children if required will be £1 per day. Provided between 8am – 9am.
Additional costings:
Welcome pack and registration: £20 (optional for funded hours only children)
Deposit (this secures the child’s place and is returned after 2 months once child starts): £30
Late payment fee: £6 per day
Late pick up fee: £12
For children attending term time only a 50% retainer will be charged throughout the holidays.
Please note that Funding hours are only paid to us for 38 weeks per year.
We are closed on Bank Holidays
We are open for 51 weeks as we are closed over Christmas.
